Choosing a room for your community session, meeting, training or conference can be daunting, but Our Space is here to host you. We have three rooms for hire: our café area, the White Room and the Flaxley Room.
Café Area

- Cabaret (café) capacity – 26 (20 at tables, 6 sofa seats)
- Boardroom capacity – 20
- £30 per hour
- Mounted screen with HDMI and USB ports
- Kitchen access
- Great for parties, meetings, focus groups, training, and non-messy arts & crafts
White Room
- 25m²
- Standing capacity – 16
- Cabaret capacity -12
- Boardroom capacity – 10
- £25 per hour (+ £5 per booking for messy crafts to cover additional cleaning costs)
- Screen & projector available
- Dry-wipe whiteboard walls (wet boards)
- Microwave & Kettle
- Utility sink
- Great for meetings, focus groups, training, and messy arts & crafts
Flaxley Room
- 20m²
- Standing capacity – 16
- Cabaret capacity – 12
- Boardroom capacity – 10
- £20 per hour
- Screen & projector available
- Great for meetings, focus groups, and training
- Access via stairs only
